Membership Categories

Membership year runs 1st January - 31 December each year but you can become a member at anytime. The process is via Nominate and the new competitions are Live after the end of the last competition.

Your Annual Membership fee includes the $10 discount on all tests. Access to clinics and the Free Open day every 2 Saturday of the month. Club Leaderboard and Championships for members only.

We offer three levels of  membership:

• Full membership $85
• Clinic membership $65 (this only allows you to attend clinics and arena hire days)
• Family membership $130 (one single and one child or two children only)

 Annual Helper Fee $100 – this is up to you to arrange with the OC during the year. Please understand that we need more help with larger competitions so try not to choose February, June or July. We can look to accommodate Am/Pm shifts if that suits more people.

Fee structure is slightly changing due to EA expectations on the amount of Officials and Minimum Medical requirements required at events.

EA Member Only: $40 per test

SVDC member: $30 per test

Arena/Admin: $20 per entry

Judges Levy: $4.40 when required

Stewards levy: $4 when required
