Note:  Hot Weather Policy will apply from November competition.

If the forecast temperature is 36 degrees or above in the Noarlunga area on the day of the competition (as indicated on the Channel 9 news on Friday preceding the competition), the competition will be cancelled.  Credit notes will be issued for entry fees.

If you are unsure whether the competition has been cancelled, please contact a convenor or check the "Notice Board" on the website after 12noon on the Saturday before the competition.

Reminder:  Gear check will be conducted prior to your test(s).  Please allow extra time for this to be done.
